According to the information obtained from reliable sources, numerous regulatory organisations will appear at the online gambling market of Croatia. The draft law was prepared beforehand and was approved by Eurocomission just recently. At the present moment, the government has to introduce new laws before the parliament. It means that the rules of the new regime will come in force starting from June, 2015. Apparently, such hasty decision was made in connection with the refusal from all national operators. This would have lead to the denial of the access to foreign facilities. As for local owners of gambling business, this draft law may significantly lower their financial income. License fee for one casino stands at 490 hundred dollars. Besides, the operator must have the same sum on his deposit account as a guarantee. Monthly tax percentage will make up 5%.
